The location of this hotel is fantastic, right on the waterfront and within walking distance of the village. It's so convenient to have everything, including restaurants, right down the harbor. The staff at this hotel are very attentive and provide great service. They were quick to respond to any concerns or issues we had during our stay. The basic amenities in the rooms were well-maintained and provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The AC in our room on the 3rd floor worked perfectly. The breakfast offerings at this hotel were delicious and had a good variety. We especially enjoyed the crab cakes and the spectacular seafood omelet.

Close to everything including restaurants and activities in downtown. Convenient waterfront location with lovely views. Rooms with two bathrooms, great for families or groups.
AC and general maintenance could be improved.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, just steps away from all the activities in downtown. You can easily stroll down to the boardwalk, the harbor, or the marina. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with great views of the surrounding area. The staff is extremely helpful and pleasant, ensuring a pleasant stay.
There were some maintenance issues during our visit that could have been handled better.

Gorgeous Suite and Fun Activities for Kids
We loved our New Year stay at this hotel! The suite was spacious and beautifully furnished with a fantastic view. The location was perfect for exploring the town, and the hotel offered many fun activities for kids. Our family enjoyed using the pool and trampoline, it was so much fun! The parking was a little challenging, but manageable. we had a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel to families looking for a fun and relaxing getaway.
The one downside was the limited dining options available onsite. The hotel restaurant was good, but it had a limited menu and was a little overpriced.
